The principle is quite simple: the smaller the residue, the lower the disposal costs. That's why we have developed a sustainable technology that further concentrates the residue processed by the VACUDEST by up to 50 percent: Our VACUDEST ZLD 300!

With waste water treatment via a VACUDEST system, customers can already reduce their disposal costs by up to 70 percent. However, the concentrate must be liquid so that it can still be drained from the system. This still liquid concentrate is now evaporated once again in our new VACUDEST ZLD 300. The result is an up to 50 percent reduced, semi-solid concentrate. How did we manage this? The secret of innovation. For you, however, this means: you save another 50 percent in disposal costs!

The new ZLD is good for your wallet and the environment: because double the evaporation does not mean double the energy consumption. Through efficient energy recycling, the energy of the steam from the upstream VACUDEST is simply reused. The ZLD requires no external energy source.
