H2O Kunshan provides a solution that allows you to comply with the Chinese government’s more stringent limits: optimum wastewater treatment with VACUDEST vacuum distillation systems. These innovative facilities are being presented at the IE Expo in Shanghai, which takes place between 15 and 17 April 2019.

No matter if it’s drilling, turning, milling or sawing, industrial wastewater is created during the machining process – and it has to be disposed of at a high cost. H2O GmbH’s vacuum distillation system presents an efficient and cost-saving solution for this. With an annual industrial wastewater volume of 6,000 cubic metres, for example, annual savings to the tune of EUR 400,000 can be made by using VACUDEST instead of conventional waste disposal. That’s a lot of money freed up for other uses.

The SIKA France factory in Gournay-en-Bray, subsidiary of the Swiss group SIKA AG, mainly manufactures additives for concrete and sealing products. These products are used in the building sector. Their production generates liquid waste which, after treatment, can still exceed the authorised limits for waste in municipal plants. The main value involved was the COD (chemical oxygen demand).

Last weekend there was plenty to celebrate at H2O China: the branch, which is only just 4 years old, moved into its new and larger premises.
